| The Telios methodology uses principles of accountability to accelerate leadership development through positive, forward looking action. All of our activities are focused on creating results in the desired area of improvement. We use extensive follow-up to continually measure the growth process.
Our initiatives are generally implemented at the organizational
level and directed toward the basic unit of an organization;
the individual. All of our initiatives are designed to impact
individual development.
We do not subscribe to quick change
models. Change takes time and we are able and willing to
invest our time and resources in creating change that lasts.
At each level we utilize assessment, training and coaching
to insure the desired results are obtained. Our process
includes clarifying goals, developing a plan, structured
measurement,
accountability and intermittent assessment of performance
so that changes are made when needed.
We subscribe to the idea of continuous improvement. We believe it is important to constantly stretch our minds with new ideas and theories. As fellow students, we enjoy a constant study of new ideas in order to keep our knowledge active and up to date. |
